Get the app and take the quiz

Free on iPhone and Android. Twenty questions build your path, and your first course opens at once, with AI feedback included.

02Premium

Open Premium in the app

On the You tab, tap See plans in the Light up every zone card. Any lock in the app, on a lesson length or a course, leads to the same screen.

03Store

Subscribe through your store

The App Store or Google Play shows the price in your currency and takes the payment, so you cancel there too, in two taps, whenever you like.

Before you subscribe

How do I cancel?

In your store, not in the app. iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Charisma → Cancel Subscription. Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Charisma → Cancel subscription. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for. We can't cancel for you: we never see your payment details.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support. Google Play: your order history in Google Play or Google Play support, under Google's refund policy.

What happens to my progress if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted. Your aura, your practice days, your path and every lesson you finished stay. The free rules apply again: one new lesson a day, your first course with AI feedback, and the other courses of your path in the 3-minute length with a sample answer instead of AI review.

Do I need Premium to use the app at all?

No. The quiz, your aura, Today's practice, one new lesson every day and your whole first course with AI feedback are free, with no card and no time limit. Premium is for when you want the rest of the library, the longer lessons, or AI review beyond the first course.

Does Premium change the lessons themselves?

No. Same 224 lessons, same scenes, same Today's practice. Premium opens every course in any order, the 5- and 10-minute versions with their examples, dialogues and tricky cases, AI review on every answer, and the next path when you finish yours.
